WHAT IS THE FREEZE DRY TECHNOLOGY ? Freeze Dry is also known as Lyophilisation and cryodesiccation. It works on the principle of the Sublimation, where food is freezes upto -35*C and then gently removes water from it thru vacuum drying process.
HOW DO I STORE ? Our Packets are 4 layered that refrains food from absorbing moisture from the atmosphere. Our pack can be stored easily in kitchen cabinet, travel bags etc. thus making it storage friendly.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE ? Our Ready to Eat products shelf life is up to 9 Months from the date of manufacturing.
IS THERE ANY COOKING REQUIRED ? Our Ready to Eat Products requires the water to rehydrate. Thus a little effort of 5 minutes make the perfect meal. There are 3 ways through which one can rehydrate our packets i.e. Gas Stove, microwave and pouring the hot water.

SHIPPING POLICY

·       Pick Up: If an item is deemed damaged by our customer service team (after redressal), Chericious will pay for the shipping of the product.

·       Fees: You need to keep the products ready so our delivery boys can get them collected. We will call and let you know when the next pick up will take place.

·       Contact: If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us on contact@chericious.com

 

Chericious cannot commit any time fixed for delivery. The delivery of our products will be made between 6:00 am to 9:00 pm of the date. It may get delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities.

 

Currently the products will be delivered for addresses in India per the areas approved during the purchase checkout process on the website. For orders outside of these areas, please contact us on contact@chericious.com

 

Orders will be booked for at least third business day delivery.

 

While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details.

1.     Name of the Recipient

2.     Flat Number / Bungalow Number

3.     Name of the Building

4.     Name of the Road / Street / Marg

5.     Contact Number (Landline / Mobile)

6.     Proper / Familiar Landmark

7.     Email Address

 

After the order is accepted by Chericious, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

 

The delivery will be made on the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order. The consignment will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address at any circumstances. No Deliveries will be made on Sundays and some Prescribed holidays.

 

Chericious’s appointed delivery agent will attempt delivery of the products once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery attempt will be made.

 

Chericious will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases:

1.     Delivery not done due to wrong address given by the customers

2.     Non availability of the recipients at the address

3.     Premises are locked

4.     Wrong phone number or phone not working or switched off or not reachable, when tried by the delivery agent of Chericious

5.     Addressee refused to accept the products for any reason other than damaged products

6.     Delivered the product at the security cabin of the Building/Reception/Neighbour, based on the instructions from the customer.

7.     In case of civil disturbances, floods, heavy rains, National Bandh or in happening any other force majeure event, we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to another date.

 

CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

 

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER/WEBSITE

A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched by calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any noti?cation to the Customer. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

 

RETURNS

Given that we are dealing with food products, our company follows a strict no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product related redressals please contact customer service at contact@chericious.com within 72 hours of the product being delivered. Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and please be advised to provide your receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.

 

REPLACEMENTS

If you are sending back a damaged product, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement product. If you are approved, then your replacement product will be processed and shipped out to you within a certain 7-10 days.
